ABOUT SUSAN SPICER
For more than 30 years, chef Susan Spicer has been delighting New Orleans with her vibrant take on the diversity and breadth of her local cuisine in restaurants like Louis XVI, Savoir Faire, Bistro at Maison de Ville, Bayona, Herbsaint and more recently, Mondo. In 2010, this renown chef and author of the celebrated cookbook “Crescent City Cooking” was inducted into the James Beard “Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America.” Mario Batali calls her “one of my favorite chefs in my favorite dining city in the world.” And The New York Times declares Susan is “one of the cooking luminaries of New Orleans, and of the Nation as well” for her “uncluttered cooking, which relies on the goodness of the ingredients and her captivating approach.” |
